Returns
You'll be happy to hear that we offer Free returns within 30 days from your delivery date. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us through our contact us page and provide us with your order confirmation number and the items you are returning.
There are some brands and products that are shipped from our partners warehouses and are not returnable to Tie Aficionado but are returnable to the original supplier. Those items will be clearly marked as “Returnable to Supplier” and they may have a different return policy on their specific product pages, descriptions and in you order confirmation emails.
WE OFFER TWO FORMS OF REFUNDS:
a) Tie Aficionado Store Credit +$5 Bonus TA Credit
b) A refund to the original form of payment
Please note: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable)
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Refunds can take anywhere between 15-20 business days for us to receive, inspect and process the return. Once the refund is reversed on your credit card, it can still take between 5 – 7 days for your bank to process the transaction.
If you choose to receive store credit, the credit will be available immediately after your refund is approved followed by an email from us.
EXCHANGES?
We do not offer direct exchanges due the inefficiencies of the postal exchange process. It is easier to simply place your second order and then initiate a return. Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Step #1 – buy the new item to guarantee the order
Step #2 – return original item following our return process.
YOU RECEIVED YOUR ITEM(s) AS A GIFT?
Our standard return policy will apply to all gift orders. We will be able to refund to your Tie Aficionado account with store credit (+$5 Bonus TA Credit) or process the refund back to the original purchaser.

Once you submit a return request through our contact us section with your confirmation number, we will follow-up with an email that will include a pre-paid postage label. You simply print it out the form, tape it to your return box, and drop it off at your local post office.
RETURNING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER
Unfortunately, International customers will not be able to use our prepaid printed return labels. Therefore, international customers are responsible for their own return shipping.

Please include your packing slip, as well as your refund preference; in the form of 1) store credit (+$5 Bonus TA Credit) or 2) original form of payment.
If you no longer have your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, email account registered on Tie Aficionado, order number, and refund preference.
After we have recieved the returned goods we will issue the refund or credit.
DAMAGED GOODS
Any damages upon delivery must be reported within three (3) days from date of order received. Let us know right away using our contact us page.
Please be sure to provide detailed photos of the damage(s).
